Baty Venture Plus CMM

Our Baty Venture Plus co-ordinate measuring machine, (CMM), with high resolution CCD camera was purchased in the third quarter of 2009 to provide Cirrus Laser with a rapid method of checking laser and water jet cut components to a much higher level of accuracy than was previously available to the company.

Many customers now require First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) or we have multiple tolerances on components requiring better methods of measurement than conventional instruments such as micrometers, verniers, digital height gauges and radius gauges. The CMM can be used for reverse engineering existing parts such as cylinder head gaskets and hand cut templates.
